The tool enables precise, circular cavity creation within the spinal bone structure, optimizing the flow and distribution of bone cement while carefully conserving native bone structure.

As a single-use orthopedic instrument utilized by spine surgeons and interventional radiologists, the project required balancing complex system architecture with clean ergonomics. The final system unifies a highly technical suite of Access Tools—including the deployment handle with intuitive drive knob, spring-loaded Blazer® sleeve, Working Cannula Hub, Stylet, Introducer, Drill, and Cement Needle with Luer fitting—into a seamless, high-confidence surgical workflow.
