The Design Challenge -

Create a lighter, more compact bicycle bell tailored for mountain bikes and flat-bar commuters that can fit into extremely tight handlebar space without interfering with existing controls.

The Design Solution -

By exploring innovative lever and mount forms, Spurcycle developed a streamlined bell crafted from a composite nylon base and a resonant brass alloy dome. Built to fit standard 22.2mm handlebars, it reduces the mount width by half compared to the classic design, allowing it to slip easily between densely packed handlebar components.
